It's December 23rd and things are slowing down - and they should. Again sitting here by my fire, having enjoyed a very nice small Christmas party with the InPlace crew, it's time to think a little about what the last year brought us. Most of it good and all of it interesting. Feeling pretty good.

But it's now time to close shop for the holidays and I hope you are able to do the same. We acknowledge the fact that many of our customers and friends work in jobs that do not give them the opportunity to spend the holidays with family and loved ones - we hope that you still get the time to find the Christmas feeling and peace.
